Certificate of Human Resources’ Committed to Excellence Received by Mehr FCI, the Only Finance and Monetary Institution in the Conference

Mehr FCI as the only finance and monetary institution received the Certificate of Human Resources’ Committed to Excellence. According to Mehr FCI Public Relations Department, in the 5th Conference on Human Resources Development held in IRIB International Conference Center, the Certificate of Human Resources’ Committed to Excellence was awarded to Mehr FCI.

In this conference, the Minister of Industry and Mine, Aliakbar Mehrabian, the head of Industrial Development and Renovation of Iran, Qal’ebani, the head of Iranian Society of HRM and also the head of the Institution for Productivity and Human Resources Development, Homayounfar, also Qafari, the secretary of the 5th Conference on Human Resources Development and some of the insider and outsider spokespersons were attended. There, the Minister of Industry and Mine awarded the Certificate of Human Resources’ Committed to Excellence to the managing director of Mehr FCI, Dr. Ahmad Shafi’zadeh.

In this course, Mehr FCI competed with SAIPA Engineering and Designing Company, Bahman Group Headquarters, Tabriz Tractor Manufacturing Company, Mega-Motor Company, Iran-Khodro and also SAPCO Company. The process of assessing the organizations and institutions regarding receiving the Certificate of Human Resources’ Committed to Excellence consisted of self-assessment, the preparation and presentation of the declaration, individual assessment, team assessment, place visiting, final consensus, supervisory committee, scientific committee, referee committee, final conclusion announcement. It should be noted that Mehr FCI, as an institution of services, had also received the “Certificate of Committed to the Excellence” from Iranian National Productivity organization in Bahman 1387.

Mehr FCI Stars in 2nd E-Gov’t Int’l Confab

Mehr FCI achieved a praiseworthy starring in 2nd International Conference on Electronic Official System. According to the pressman of Mehr FCI information base, in the final ceremony of the conference held in Razi International Conference Center and in the presence of the civil and military officials, the institution achieved 3 crystal feather prizes, 4 honorary diplomas and 5 certificates of appreciation. In the ceremony, the head of Iran’s Fuel and Traffic Management Headquarters, Sardar Rouyaniyan, the managing director of Mehr FCI, Dr. Shafi’zadeh, and the delegates of the Presidency, the Parliament of Islamic Republic of Iran (the Research Center), Information, Communication and Technology Department, Information Technology Supreme Council, Islamic Azad University, News Channel and some other organizations attended, and Mehr FCI received several awards in different areas of the festival, as follows:

1.     Dr. Shafi’zadeh known as the best manager in developing the official electronic system towards establishing the e-government received the crystal feather prize, honorary diploma and certificate of appreciation.

2.     Mr. Azizi received the crystal feather prize, honorary diploma and certificate of appreciation, since the institution was known as the first organization in establishing the official automation.

3.     Mr. Azizi received the crystal feather prize, honorary diploma and certificate of appreciation for presenting the best papers on the problems of organizations in establishing the official electronic system and on the process of establishing the official electronic correspondence system in RADAR logic.   

4.     Mr. Keramati received the certificate of appreciation for achieving the third rank in the festival of the best websites and portals in Iran.

5.     Mr. Azizi received the honorary diploma and the certificate of appreciation for offering the variety of modern services in establishing the online official automation systems, websites and displaying digital plans regarding the expansion of the official automation network (Network Topology E-Governance) in the conference fair.

In a press conference with the reporter of Mehr FCI information base, congratulating the birthday of Hazrat Abolfazl and the Day of Janbaz, Dr. Shafi’zadeh – known as the best IT manager in the country regarding developing the official electronic system throughout Iran – said, that the institution had participated in different areas of the conference, such as presenting the papers, festival, and displaying the capacities and the invaluable achievements of the institution regarding the deployment of the official automation system all over the country expressed its sui generis and comprehensive contribution; he added: “according to the point that the institution’s motto of this year is “Amending Consumption Pattern, Improving Exhaustively and Well-balanced by Emphasizing IT Development”, we are able to achieve greater honors in presenting the official and banking modern services and we can be considered as an excellent pattern. We were really prosperous in developing the modern services. Today, in Mehr FCI, the entire correspondence and official services are implemented electronically and in an integrated manner; and these circumstances have positively affected the observance of the consumption pattern and the decrease of costs in various aspects”.

In a press conversation done in the conference fair, Mr. Azizi – the elected man of the festival in establishing the official electronic system throughout the country – stated “the scientific level of the conference compared with other similar cases were acceptable; but, the significant point is how much this conference, its papers and achievements can be helpful in establishing the official electronic system in order to operatively realize an e-government all over the country”. He went on to note that they were ready to exchange their technical experiences with other organizations and systems for establishing an e-government and entering the territory gate of e-government. Stressing the development of the services and modern systems in Mehr website, the managing director’s advisor and the project manager of establishing the official automation system in Mehr FCI, referred to the inauguration of 31 provincial sub-portals covered by the institution throughout the country. He declared that “some of the modern services are the online sales of Irancell credit cards and the applications for electronic facilities in the website context which are to be established and implemented very soon”.

At last, expressing Mehr FCI’s technical readiness, he stated that the official electronic path of exchanges should be necessarily smoothed and that there should be an electronic-communicative way to connect the organizations and economical firms. He mentioned that this movement would be their following measure in regard with contributing and exchanging information with decision-maker offices in a beyond-organizational manner; among the organizations, he pointed to the Presidency, the Parliament of Islamic Republic of Iran, and Information Technology Supreme Council, and said that the measure possibly could be taken through the observance of IT standards for establishing the integrated electronic departments without any official bureaucracies.
